When Kids Lead: How Educators Can Recognize, Cultivate & Empower Student Leadership
Live Session: Thursday, September 17, 3:00PM ET
Presented by: Dr. Adam Dovico, Educator, Professor, Speaker, and Author

Dr. Adam Dovico
Bold. Courageous. Innovative. Thoughtful. These are qualities we celebrate in great leaders, and they are already present in students across our classrooms, teams, clubs, and schools. The challenge is recognizing those qualities early and creating the conditions for them to grow.
In this inspiring and practical webinar, Dr. Adam Dovico explores how educators can uncover leadership potential in students and intentionally create opportunities for them to lead. Participants will learn how small shifts and beliefs in classroom and school practices can help students build confidence, take greater ownership, strengthen relationships, and discover the positive impact they can have on others.
Attendees will learn practical ideas to:
- Recognize leadership potential in students whose strengths may not always be obvious.
- Create authentic opportunities for student voice, ownership, and decision-making.
- Develop the confidence, courage, and skills students need to lead today and carry those skills into the future.
When educators give their students meaningful opportunities to lead, they help students see what is possible in themselves.
