In this important webinar, Dr. Teresa Reigosa, 7 Mindsets Senior Customer Success Manager, will discuss how education leaders can cultivate a positive, sustainable work environment through collaborative care. Rather than placing the responsibility for wellness on individuals alone, collaborative care emphasizes shared practices, collective responsibility, and meaningful connections among educators.

During this session, Dr. Reigosa will:

  • Explore the intricacies of fostering teacher well-being through sustainable, schoolwide frameworks
  • Examine research-backed, collaborative approaches that strengthen educator connection, support, and retention
  • Highlight practical strategies such as buddy systems, peer mentoring, wellness groups, and team-building activities that promote collective care

Webinar attendees will gain actionable insights into creating supportive and nurturing environments where educators work together to foster well-being, build strong relationships, and sustain a thriving school community.

If you are looking to elevate your leadership skills and learn effective, research-informed ways to prioritize and cultivate a culture of well-being among your teaching staff, this webinar offers a powerful opportunity to lead with empathy and positively impact the overall health of your educational community.
