About the Presenter: Nerlande Anselme is a dedicated, experienced, and passionate educator committed to fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. A strong leader and good listener, she is skilled at taking ideas and bringing them to life. Ms. Anselme is Assistant Superintendent of Student and Family Services in the Rush-Henrietta Central School District, her work home since 2010. Few understand the power of public schools more than Ms. Anselme. Born in Haiti, she moved to the United States as a child. Public schools helped her become a driven, collaborative, and motivated leader intent on improving the lives of children.
